The workshop is aimed at those looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, cope with stress and anxiety or who are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
The program starts with the story behind Wim Hof, insights and stories from personal encounters with the man himself. We will explore the theory and science of the method. I will teach how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology. We will explore the power of breath work and learn powerful breathing techniques, with a guided deep breath work journey. You will also learn simple short practices that can reduce anxiety and stress levels.
The program concludes with an (optional) ice bath. You will be surprised how up for the challenge you are at this point in the workshop.
HOW WILL I FEEL?
The workshop is a profound but also fun shared experience. You will go home with an enormous sense of achievement, destressed, having discovered new tools for your life and on a high of happy hormones.
Following the workshop you will receive photos of the day, breath work protocol so you can continue your practice at home and access to an exclusive data base of science articles on breathing, cold exposure and mindset.
Take your Wim Hof practice to the next level. Learn new breath techniques: Power breathing, Brown Fat Activation and Interoceptive Focus.
Explore how to control and challenge your mind further. Optional advanced ice bath protocols or simply a chance to reconnect with cold therapy.
More practice but also the space to ask more questions. Don’t be scared off by the word Advanced, the workshop is suitable for anyone who has completed a Wim Hof Fundamentals workshop and is interested to know more and personalize the techniques better. And an opportunity to recharge, have fun and connect with like minded people.
Enjoy a guided deep breath work journey followed by an ice bath by the lake. A chance to reconnect with your breath and cold practice especially now the lake temperatures are warming up!

Breathe deeply and relax in the beautiful lake surroundings, whilst enjoying the comforting heat of the saunas. Refresh with dips in the cool lake all under the stars of the night sky.
Enjoy guided rituals with eucalyptus / birch branch whisks, essential oils and treats to stimulate all the senses. Choose to participate or feel free to go at your own pace alternating between hot and cold.
To close, we gather around the firepit, to share intentions and reflections with fresh herbal infusions to hydrate, warming chai tea and nibbles.
