Cancellation within 14 days of online booking - the customer may cancel within 14 days of making an online booking. The purchase cost is fully refundable minus the payment card transaction fee 2%.
Cancellation up to 14 days prior to event - cancellation fee of 50% of the principle sum minus the payment transaction fee 2%.
Cancellation within 14 days of event for any reason including Covid- no refunds
The client may nominate a replacement candidate for an event and incur no penalty, however the client remains liable for payment.
If a place can be resold prior to the event a refund will be granted.
Change of date - up to 14 days prior to an event, the client may change the date of an event to another date with no additional fee incurred . Within 14 days of an event no exchange of date or refund granted.
