Belinda was an amazing instructor. She was so warm and supportive. She conveyed the information so well and her story was so inspiring. She created a wonderful group atmosphere and has a very reassuring presence. Belinda was the perfect person to facilitate this session and I would highly highly recommend her group to anyone interested in learning about the method.

A truly inspirational and amazing workshop! Belinda was so warm and welcoming to everyone. The venue was beautiful and the ice bath was set in gorgeous gardens. Belinda was very supportive and encouraging to us all. The breath work was a real journey in to myself and I felt a big shift. Such a wonderful workshop with an incredible teacher!

A really interesting and fun course in a convenient location, just by Maida Vale tube. It was great to understand the science behind the methodology in an easy to follow format. Belinda is a very patient and empathetic coach, challenging me, but in a way that never felt overwhelming. I now have a format I can use to further my own practice at home.

I recently attended one of Belinda's workshops in London. The setting and atmosphere was great, Belinda is very welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. The group consisted of a great bunch of people, all curious and keen to learn more about the method, and by the time we got to the ice bath, I felt supported and more than ready for the challenge, something I never thought I'd ever be able to do. Belinda's guidance was spot on, we all smashed it! What an experience! If you're sitting on the fence wondering whether you should do it or not, just do it, you won't regret it ?
