About Me
I have worked in medicine for over 20 years on the frontline in critical care. I know first hand the limitations of conventional medicine and undertaken my own personal journey of recovery and discovery after suffering a debilitating spinal injury. The Wim Hof method has been a powerful tool to physically and emotionally transform my life.

I am passionate about teaching the Wim Hof Method and helping others on their own personal journey of transformation. I am a fully qualified Wim Hof Instructor and breath work coach.

In your workshop I will guide you through a powerful breath work journey and (optional) ice bath. You will learn the science behind the method and I will give you practical tips on how to incorporate the method in to your daily life. These workshops are limited to 12 participants, The intimate quality allows for ample personal attention, and feedback tailored to your specific situation.
